Now Accepting Letters of Protection!
We are pleased to announce Advanced Pain Care now accepts Letters of Protection, ensuring that your clients can receive necessary care without financial stress during their legal proceedings. We have many attorney partnerships and accept their Letter of Protection documents, ensuring that the injured person gets the proper medical care and treatments needed to get back to health.
Understanding a Letter of Protection (LOP)
A Letter of Protection allows patients to begin medical treatment while their legal case is pending. Instead of waiting for a settlement, patients can move forward with diagnostics, interventional pain management, and rehabilitation. Payment for services is deferred until the case resolves.
Advanced Pain Care partners with attorneys and healthcare providers to ensure patients injured in accidents receive the care they need without delay. Our physicians treat a wide range of injuries related to motor vehicle accidents, workplace incidents, and other personal injury cases.
Our LOP Process
- We accept referrals directly from attorneys and medical providers.
- Our LOP team coordinates all documentation and communication.
- Patients receive the same high standard of care provided to all Advanced Pain Care patients.
