Mark T. Malone, M.D., is a Board Certified pain specialist and a native Texan. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and went on to attend the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. Dr. Malone attended Baylor College of Medicine for residency and training in anesthesiology, and then completed a pain management fellowship at Texas Orthopedic Hospital in 1998.
Prior to founding Advanced Pain Care in 2002, Dr. Malone was a member of an Austin-based group practice for twelve years, and a clinical instructor at Baylor College of Medicine for six years. He is double board-certified in anesthesiology and pain management by the American Board of Anesthesiology, with a sub-specialty in pain management; this is the only board certification for pain management endorsed by the American Board of Medical Specialties. Dr. White graduated with honors from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from The University of North Texas Health Sciences Center/Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Ft. Worth, Texas. He then completed his internship at Rocky Mountain Hospital followed by the completion of residency training in Anesthesiology at The University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, Colorado. He later completed the Medical Acupuncture program through The University of California at Los Angeles. He is board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine.

Dr. Robert Wills received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas, graduating summa cum laude, before obtaining his Medical Degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He then completed a three-year surgical residency at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas, followed by an anesthesiology residency at Virginia Mason medical Center in Seattle, Washington, a program widely recognized for pain management training and regional anesthesia. Dr. Wills served as the program’s Chief Resident during his third year at VM.
Dr. Wills began practicing pain management in Austin in 1996, and now joins Advanced Pain Care after founding Austin Pain Associates in May 2002. Dr. Wills looks forward to furthering his vision of treating patients suffering from chronic pain syndromes in an interdisciplinary, comprehensive setting.

Dr. Du Bois is a Board Certified Neurologist that has spent more than 20 years focusing on the clinical evaluation and interventional treatment of unresolved, complex pain problems. He was one of the first full time pain management physicians in the Austin area beginning in 1992. Dr. Du Bois believes in a multimodality approach when constructing treatment plans and above all, being an advocate for his patients.
