”How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world” — Anne Frank
Josephine was born and raised in Ontario, Canada where she spent most of her time figure skating in chilly ice rinks. She is very proud to have lived and trained amongst several Olympic athletes but after a series of unfortunate injuries, she hung up her skates and picked up some golf clubs. Luckily her talents weren’t limited to the ice when she delightfully found herself recruited to play collegiate golf at a D1 school in the deep south.
As much as she loves to participate in sports, she also loves to hit the books. Josephine graduated with honors from McNeese State University with a Bachelor of Science from the College of Science, Engineering, and Mathematics with a concentration in Pre-Medicine and Chemistry. After college she went on to pursue a career in health care where she could use her resolute and optimistic demeanor to provide exceptional and compassionate care to the community. In 2019 she moved to Austin and joined Advanced Pain Care’s acclaimed neuromodulation department.
Josephine enjoys spending time outdoors with her fur-baby, Xena, and is somewhat of a self-proclaimed foodie. One of her personal missions is to curate positive and impactful experiences to patients and everyone she meets in between.
