“Dr. Harper is so personable and thorough while he is asking questions and explaining details from test results. I continue to be impressed with his expertise and would follow his recommendations with complete trust! MBA.“

“This man is amazing. When my husband had a brain bleed every other doctor was telling me how bad it was. Dr. Harper was the only positive doctor that we saw. I know doctors have to tell you all the risks. Dr. Harper was explaining everything to me and telling me it could be ok. When you are having an emergency that means everything. BTW…my husband is doing well after recovery.“
