Sandra Gill, LCSW
Sandra is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience. She has a Master’s degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin. She has extensive practice in working with people with major depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and chronic pain. She incorporates a variety of therapeutic approaches including Interpersonal Neurobiology, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Emotional Transformation Therapy. She believes all humans have the capacity to heal, change and become their best self. She incorporates a holistic, mind-body approach. Each individual contains a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspect of themselves. Tending to the issues and needs of each of those selves helps bring about an overall sense of well-being and strengthens one’s capacity to live life confidently and joyfully. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
