These modalities are proven to help patients cope with a variety of life problems and crises. Her approach to treatment, depending on your needs and goals, is primarily collaborative, psychodynamic, relational, and/or solution-oriented. She is mission is to connect with other people in order to help them learn and grow in their path to healing. She believes that therapy should be a place of warmth, acceptance and transformation. In her spare time she enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, hiking in the mountains, music, and traveling with friends and family. Her motivation for being a therapist today is based on the awe and amazement she experiences from getting to know her remarkable and resilient clients.
